WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/ EXCHANGES POLICY? 

To return an item purchased from ARTichoke Apparel online you must do so within 20 days of the package arriving in your mailbox. Items must be new (unworn/unused) with the tag still attached. Include a copy of your emailed receipt in order to receive a full refund of the purchase price of the item. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return.  If you are interested in an exchange, please send an email to artichokecapecod@gmail.com and we will send you the preferred item once we receive your return.

HOW DOES THE APPAREL FIT AND SIZE ?

We source our apparel items from several makers so fit and sizing can be a little different amoung our tops and tees. On each apparel item page we provide a short description of the fit, fabric and care. The apparel used is all pre-shrunk, but we always suggest using caution when washing and drying to avoid future alterations. 

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Though our website has our popular designs and styles, that doesn’t necessarily mean we have them in stock in the store. Please allow 5-7 days for us to order the apparel and print it special for you before it’s on its way! As soon as your item is shipped you will receive a tracking number to your email.

 

CAN I MAKE A CUSTOM ORDER?

If you are interested in one of our prints on a different style shirt not sold on our website, please reach out to us directly at artichokecapecod@gmail.com. We will get back to you on if that custom order is possible!

 

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY? 

All items are shipped from the boutique through standard priority shipping. Standard shipping rates apply to all and are calculated at checkout.

As we silkscreen every item one-by-one, it is not guaranteed that the merchandise we show online is in the store at that time. If you have questions about our current inventory of certain items please email us at artichokecapecod@gmail.comand we will let you know what we have in stock!
